Dress & Footwear Business casual. August should be fairly warm, however we recommend layer options and closed-toe shoes with a flat or stable sole — comfortable flats, loafers, or walking shoes are ideal. A light jacket or wrap is also a great addition. There are no formal portions of the program this year. If you'd like to dress up for offsite optional evening gatherings, you may want to pack a second pair of shoes for off-campus. Dress for the weather. We recommend checking the local forecast before you travel.

The special designated rates for this event are listed for: non-profits, military, educators and students as posted on the registration page. There is a discounted "early bird" rate. Otherwise, the registration fee is the same regardless of job title or industry.

Please arrive at the Chateau at 8:00 am each morning of the Summit. Check in begins on Monday, 9th of August, 2027 It is suggested to arrive the night before checking-in to ensure a smooth process.

A major component of the 2027 EPIC International Summit is to DISCONNECT from digital devices. We are asking attendees to consider the optional "disconnect pledge" and commit to disconnect from any device for the duration of the three-day summit. However, we understand that there may be situations that require you to be in contact with loved ones as needed. We will have device/tech zones in our main building where you can connect when the situation requires.
