COVID-19 POLICY

 

As we continue to navigate COVID-19, we closely monitor updates from the CDC and state and local public health authorities. We are doing our part by hosting the Summit in a clean venue and by being extra diligent by monitoring our own health. We expect this same level of diligence from our attendees.  

Please do not attend the Summit if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have been around someone with suspected or diagnosed COVID 19 in the two weeks prior to the event.

The Summit will include indoor and outdoor activities. By registering and attending the EPIC International Summit, you assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted—and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against the EPIC Impact Society—and against any companies affiliated with the EPIC Impact Society—relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.

Due to the fluid nature of this situation, CDC and Summit guidelines, program schedule, speaker availability, event safety protocols and venue policies are subject to change and by registering and attending, you agree to adhere to the policies in place at the time of the Summit.
